Eligible for Refund:
  • Course purchases within 30 days of enrollment
  • Technical issues preventing access to paid content
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Subscription cancellations within the first 14 days
  • Unfulfilled service promises as outlined in our terms
Important Notice:
Refunds are not available for services already consumed, such as completed consultations or downloaded materials that have been accessed for more than 48 hours.

We process refunds using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Different payment methods may have varying processing times:

  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 2-4 business days after processing
Processing Fees:

While we don't charge processing fees for legitimate refunds, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees. These are beyond our control and cannot be refunded by soralixquante.

4 Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. soralixquante considers refunds outside our standard policy in these cases:

  • Medical emergencies preventing course completion
  • Technical failures on our platform lasting more than 48 hours
  • Significant changes to course content after purchase
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service quality issues documented and reported promptly

Each special circumstance is reviewed individually by our customer service team. We may request documentation to support your refund request in these situations.

5 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds rather than full refunds:

Partial Refund Scenarios:
  • Course bundles where only some modules were accessed
  • Subscription services used beyond the standard refund period
  • Consulting services where preliminary work was completed
  • Materials that were partially consumed or downloaded

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the unused portion of services and the time elapsed since purchase. Our team will clearly explain the calculation method for any partial refund offered.

6 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds due to their nature:

  • Personalized consulting sessions after completion
  • Downloaded materials accessed for more than 48 hours
  • Services requested beyond our standard refund period
  • Gift certificates or promotional credits
  • Third-party products or services purchased through our platform
